from Alliance Reservations Network immediately upon making your
reservation.ÊAlliance Reservations Network then works behind
the scenes with the hotel in order to pass the hotelÕs confirmation number

How can I be sure my credit card
information is secure?
Alliance Reservations Network uses secure-socket-layer
(SSL) encryption, the standard encryption on the Internet.ÊThis
encryption allows our users to feel confident and secure about
supplying their credit card and personal information.
What does instant confirmation
mean?
Alliance Reservations Network works closely
with the hotels in our database.ÊOnly
those hotels with availability for your requested dates can be booked through
our system.ÊAfter receiving confirmation on your credit card amount, Alliance
Reservations Network issues a confirmation.ÊIn addition, Alliance will forward
you the actual hotel confirmation number, usually within 48 hours. Ê
Can I book a room for tonight?
Some hotels allow us to book their rooms
until 3:00pm on the day of arrival.ÊOnly
those hotels that follow this policy will show in the results list if your
arrival date is today.
Can I make the reservation by phone?

What is your low rate guarantee?
All hotel reservations booked through the
Alliance Reservations Network are guaranteed to be the lowest rate
available. If you find a lower rate for
the same dates and the same hotel, the process is simple: Ê Submit our Rate
Guarantee Form within 24 hours of booking Alliance Reservations Network will
either refund the difference or cancel the reservation without penalty. *
This guarantee may not apply to special events or third party bookings. Refund

information?
The hotel information is actually updated
by the hotel or hotel chain a number of times per year.ÊAlliance
Reservations Network strives to have the most accurate and complete
hotel information available but we have to rely on the personnel

Alliance Reservations Network works closely

are significantly lower than other online hotel booking websites. These internet-hot-deals
are always displayed first for any city hotel search and are designated with

What are additional fees and taxes?
Every city has different rates for taxes.ÊTaxes are computed on the hotel reservation
amount.ÊIn some cases there are additional fees added to your room reservation.ÊThese
additional fees help Alliance Reservations Network and their affiliate network
offer the lowest rates on the Internet.
What is this charge on my credit
card?
I didnÕt approve this. The $5.00 a room night fee was charged to your card
when you made your reservation through the Alliance Reservations Network.ÊThe
fee was disclosed in the rates confirmation page at the time of your booking.ÊThis
fee is charged on hotel rooms in order for us to provide the latest technology
and great service.ÊYou agreed to the Alliance Reservations Network terms and
conditions when you placed your reservation.ÊThat is why these fees are on

Do you include taxes in the rates?
Taxes are already figured into the final
rate displayed for payment.ÊClick

Do I pay for the entire reservation
amount or do I just make a deposit to hold the room?
It depends on the room you book.ÊSome of our hotel partners require just a
$5.00 room night deposit to hold your room while others require a full payment
for the room at the time of your reservation.ÊPlease refer to the amount displayed
on the hotel confirmation page to see what your credit card will be charged
upon making the reservation.
What if I have questions about a
